The D.C. area is bracing for a powerful coastal storm that expected to drench the region starting Friday night and last through the weekend. Here’s what you need to know.The National Hurricane Center said that the tropical cyclone is approaching the East Coast toward North Carolina and it will affect the D.C. region.Virginia Gov.
